I was kind of worried the exchange would be a hassle, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. "Great fit, but wore down a bit faster than I hoped"
I bought a pair of jeans from imogene + willie about a year ago, i really liked them at first. The fit was great, really great, and the denim felt sturdy without being super stiff or uncomfortable. After wearing them a lot, they faded in a nice way, which I loved. The only downside is the crotch started thinning sooner than I expected. They’re still wearable, but for the price, I’m not totally sure they held up as long as I hoped

"Consistently Good Denim"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, though I can’t remember if my first pair was last year or earlier this year. Either way, the denim has felt the same every time: solid, comfortable, and easy to wear. It’s nice ordering again and knowing pretty much exactly what you’re going to get.

The staff was really friendly and the store has a cool vibe. I liked the jeans a lot, but they were more expensive than I expected. Figuring out the sizing took a while too, which felt kind of unnecessary, but overall it was still a decent experience

"Really happy with the wash"
I got a pair of jeans from imogeneandwillie and yeah, the wash is pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not super dark, but it also doesn’t have that fake worn-in look either... just a nice easy blue that feels already lived in. The color was actually close to the photos too, which is not always the case when you buy jeans online. I’ve washed them a couple times at home now and they still look good, no weird fading or patchy spots. They just feel like they’re going to age nicely. So yeah, happy with these.

"Decent Hemming, But Kinda Meh"
Got my jeans hemmed here and the length was close, but not exactly what I asked for, which was a little annoying. The stitching looks fine, so it’s not like they butchered them or anything, but it also took longer than I expected. Overall, not terrible, just kinda average for the price. A bit of a lame experience, honestly

"Fit was right, still unsure on long-term quality"
I actually used their size chart and measured a pair of my old jeans before ordering, and the fit came out pretty much exactly like I expected. The waist and inseam were both right, so there wasn’t any weird guessing involved. They seem fine so far, but I’m still a little unsure how well the material and stitching will hold up after a few washes.

I ordered some jeans from imogeneandwillie.com and I’m happy with them. They was a bit stiff at first, not gonna lie, but I wore them around the house for a day and they loosened up a lot. The fit is comfy and they don’t pinch when I sit down, which is kinda my main test with jeans. Shipping was okay too, no issues really. They’re not the cheapest pair, but I can wear them all day so for me it was worth it.

But while clicking around, a few pages felt a bit empty, like I was expecting more to be there and then just sort of... wasn’t. Browsing could be smoother too, because I found myself wandering a bit instead of easily finding what I needed.

I really like that imogene and willie keeps their stuff made in the USA. There is something about that that just feels more honest to me. The jeans have a solid, real quality to them, like they are actually made to last. They are not cheap, but I feel good wearing them.

"Decent Alteration, But the Hem Was Off"
I got my jeans altered here and the fit is mostly fine, but one of the hems looks a little uneven. It’s not awful, just kind of annoying when you’re paying a decent amount and expecting it to look cleaner. What bothered me more is how these places always seem to have little policy loopholes where something isn’t quite covered or it’s somehow “within tolerance,” so you’re left feeling like it’s not worth pushing back. Overall, wearable, but I expected better for the price
